Refund policy
1. No Returns
All our products are custom printed and made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and delivered.
2. Refunds / Replacements
We only offer a refund or replacement (same order) under the following condition:
- The order is incomplete (missing items)
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- You must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video

The video must start before opening the package and clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The opening process
- All contents inside
4. No Video = No Claim
If you are unable to provide a proper unboxing video:
- No refund or replacement will be issued under any circumstances
5. Claim Timeframe
- All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
