Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time
All our products are custom printed and made to order.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation

  • Processing includes design preparation, printing, and packaging

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location

  • Estimated delivery times will be shared once your order is shipped

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time


3. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.


4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.


5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping if the package is returned


6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery

  • In some cases, the order may be returned to us

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer


7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing items:

  • You must provide a proper unboxing video as proof

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and all contents

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Without a valid unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
