7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All products are custom made; therefore:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the order is incomplete (missing items)

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and all contents

  • No unboxing video = no refund or replacement

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
